  • MELLOW FLOW
Our mellow flow incorporates meditation, breath work and mindful movement to help relieve tension, reduce anxiety and calm your nervous system. This class is the perfect bridge for those times when you want more movement than yin, and less effort than vinyasa. We draw inspiration from the Lunar & Mobility approaches and functional Range Systems & Kinstretch Principles that are founded on the belief that we are all designed to move. That movement exists in every plane, and thus so must we. Utilizing an array of principles from movement, somatics, functional mobility, and asana we use this mellow flow practice to expand our perceptions of possibility and our capacity for exploration. This class is suited for all levels and is a nice introduction to yoga if you are a beginner.
  • VINYASA FLOW
Vinyasa Flow helps build a strong core from which one can transition into new positions and exercises. This flow centers around control and precision, with a diversity of exercises and modifications to suit a wide range of levels from beginner to advanced. With this class, you will learn and practice the tools needed to lead a healthy and fit lifestyle, while also remaining mindful in every act you perform. You can expect to move through a series of dynamic yoga poses, each held for several breaths. We will begin with a gentle warm-up to awaken the body, prepare the mind, and focus the breath. From there, we will move into a flowing sequence of poses, each one linked seamlessly to the next. Our focus will be on building strength, flexibility, and balance, as we move through sun salutations, standing poses, backbends, twists, and inversions. Our breath will guide us through each transition, creating a moving meditation that will help to calm the mind and soothe the nervous system. Vinyasa Flow is considered the most popular forms of yoga, as you move with your breath from pose to pose and rarely hold postures for any length of time until the end of class.

  • SOMATIC BREATH
Breathwork is a dynamic practice that goes beyond just deep breathing. It's a powerful tool to dissolve anxiety, alleviate stress, and facilitate profound healing at a cellular level. By addressing trauma, limiting beliefs, and old wounds, breathwork unlocks the empowering potential within you. It's important to also note that breathwork is not recommended for pregnant women due to its potential to create intense emotionality. For those with medical conditions or taking medications, it's advised to consult with your doctor before starting breathwork. Your breath is a powerful force, and these classes are here to guide you in unlocking its incredible potential. I'm very much looking forward to being on this journey with you! BreathWork may not be suitable for everyone, particularly individuals with severe mental health conditions like schizophrenia or severe PTSD, as well as those with respiratory issues such as asthma and cardiovascular conditions like high blood pressure, heart disease, individuals prone to seizures or pregnant women. It's essential for individuals in these categories to consult with a healthcare provider or a trained BreathWork facilitator before participating to ensure their safety and well-being.
