Mum's & Bub's - 6 Week Prorgam

Our next Mums and Bubs program starts 19th of April at 10.45am.

Our 6-week Mum's & Bubs program designed just for you. Starting on Friday April 19th and running every Friday for six weeks, these 75-minute sessions from 10.45am to 12pm will be an opportunity for you to nurture your body and bond with your baby.

Program Details:

Date: 6-week series from 19th April - 24th May 2024 (Fridays)

Time: 10.45am - 12pm

Investment: $200 (includes all equipment)

Where: Energy Cntr Yoga - 260 Stirling St, Perth

These sessions will be led by Kate our experienced teacher who is a mum to 4 beautiful girls and just recently had her fourth bub, these sessions are carefully tailored for mum's with babies aged 6 weeks up until they start crawling.

Experience the benefits of gentle movement, relaxation, stretching, and strength-building while connecting with other like-minded mums. This is a chance to embrace self-care while cherishing these precious moments with your little ones.

Workshop - Awakening Yoga Practice Lab

It's finally here, the workshop that ha been in high demand - The Awakening Yoga Practice Lab.


Awakening Yoga is a mirror for the self and the journey, it is a modern map to an age old destination. 


Dive Deep into Awakening Yoga with Simone:


 A 4-Hour Workshop Join Simone for a comprehensive 4-hour immersion into Awakening Yoga, the transformative practice developed by Patrick Beach and Carling Harps.  


During this workshop, you'll experience a 90-minute session known as Awakening Yoga - The Set, followed by a brief intermission. Afterward, we'll break down key Awakening Yoga sequences, including:


-Crouching Warrior 

-Double Bent Leg Lunge 

-Active Squat 

-Circle Wheel 



Additionally, we'll explore stretching techniques for the spine, shoulders, and hamstrings. The workshop will conclude with an exploration of Pincha (forearm balance).  


This practice is built on the foundation of ritual asana with a focus on functional movement and individualized alignment. By acknowledging that each body is unique, powerful, and purposeful, this practice provides room for students to better understand their own physicality. 


We are multifaceted, and so is our practice.  


This workshop is designed for anybody who is curious about movement, their body and mind.
