I began practicing yoga at home in my early 20s, learning from yoga books and DVDs. In 2015, I completed my first yoga teacher training, as a way of gaining a deeper understanding of the practice and building community having moved interstate for work. I have been teaching yoga ever since.
My daily yoga practice, which incorporates study, meditation, contemplation, and asana is a consistent anchor in my life. It provides a gateway for aligning my body, heart, and mind with soul, with the intention to continually grow and evolve.
When it comes to teaching, I love the creativity of designing sequences, meditations, and topics for contemplation. But what I most love most is the opportunity to cultivate collective presence, joy, and community together.
I can’t wait to practice and connect with you.
